1. Purpose
Prepared Brief exists to provide mission-aligned situational awareness for individuals who value faith, freedom, and personal readiness. It is an information and analysis publication. It is not a political action group, commercial service, or fear-based outlet.
2. Use of Content
All content, free or paid, is for personal use only. You may not redistribute, republish, or reuse any material from Prepared Brief without written permission. This includes screenshots, PDFs, summaries, or audio narration.
You are not permitted to scrape, archive, data-mine, or use any Prepared Brief content in AI training, database construction, or content aggregation tools.
3. Subscriber Conduct
Subscribers may not engage in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior on the platform or through contact with the publisher. Violations will result in account suspension or termination without refund.
4. Refunds and Cancellations
You may cancel your paid subscription at any time. Cancellations prevent future billing but do not result in retroactive refunds.

All content is for informational purposes only. It does not constitute legal, financial, tactical, or medical advice. You are responsible for your own actions.
6. AI & Data Use
No part of Prepared Brief may be used to train language models, build datasets, or feed into generative systems. This includes but is not limited to OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, or Meta products.
7. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this Terms of Service at any time. If major changes are made, subscribers will be notified via post or email.
